I stick to my list of things “to do”. I am glad to announce that I have completed all my list. Each single item was done and ticked off, even though some things I marked were akward to start with. I should rather say: they looked like a nuisance, but once they are done, it feels so good not having to remember about them.
I also wrote another two articles and submitted them for approval.
11 plus preparation is still on, but my son got to the stage where he is confident enough to solve problems on his own. Since the last two weeks he started receiving 100% in his tests (compare to low eighties last year!) He moved into “reviewing” stage and he finds pleasure in solving maths problems. What’s more: since he acquired all basic maths knowledge, he is confident and he solves problems quicker than I do using his own techniques. As long as the result is correct, the way is not important. Read more about resources at: http://joannafoss-11plusexam.blogspot.com/
My book for younger children is finished. It will be released soon.
